我最爱的巴生肉骨茶... 虽然没有外坡人所说的 桥底下肉骨茶 出名 但是这种汤和配料...在吉隆坡 是绝对找不到的... Klang Best Bakuteh... no place else cook bakuteh like this... you sure cant find in KL... (not as famouse as Klang Under Bridge Bakuteh)
最完美的肉骨茶套产... 茶具,白饭 和 瓦煲肉骨茶... complete set of bakuteh... tea set, white rice, a clay bowl of bakuteh...
基本的巴生肉骨茶配料...生菜,腐竹,豆卜,香菇,蘑菇,金珍菇,当然少不了... 猪肉肥瘦骨肠肚... the basic klang bakuteh include... raw vege, toufu skin, dried toufu, mushroom (round, fat, stick)... never the less the pork (fat,meat,chest bone, small pipe & big pipe)...
那汤可以把你的大嘴巴给黏住... the soup will stick up your lips...
